Where do I find my Card number and PIN?
The card number is located on the back of card immediately under the barcode, and the scratch PIN is above the barcode. Please use a coin to scratch the foil so you don’t scratch the PIN numbers accidentally. Don’t peel the foil, that may scratch the PIN numbers.
Once I’ve entered my information how do I receive my code?
You will receive an order confirmation via email shortly after, followed by an email containing your digital code. Please allow up to 24 hours up to receive your digital code.
Is my card eligible for a refund or exchange?
Except as required by law, codes cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash and are not reloadable or refundable.
What do I do if I lost my card?
Treat your card like cash. We generally cannot provide refunds for lost or stolen Cards. Fraudulent transactions may result in the loss of your money with no recourse. However, if you believe your Card has been lost or stolen or an unauthorized transaction has been made using the information from your Card without your permission, contact Customer Service IMMEDIATELY.  We will ask for the Card number and other identifying details.  We cannot assist you if you do not have the Card number.  We may not be able to assist you if you do not contact us within 60 days of the unauthorized transaction.  A refund or reissued Card may take up to 30 days to process.
What do I do if I haven’t received my digital code after 24 hours?
Firstly, please check your spam/junk folders for emails from the following address noreply@codetocontent.com and/or for the subject line 'Your egift has arrived’.
I entered an incorrect email when redeeming my card number and PIN. What do I do?
If the email address provided was incorrect, please complete the Contact Us form.
Does my card have any fees, and do the funds expire?
No, there are no fees and funds do not expire.
How do I redeem my digital code?
Simply log into your account on microsoft.com/redeem and enter the 25-digit code. Need to get an account? Go to live.xbox.com and follow the steps to create a new account. Then enter the 25-digit code.
What do I do if my Xbox digital code doesn’t work?
Try re-entering the digital code on your gift card. If you have correctly entered the code, try redeeming the code online by completing the following steps:
 
  1. Go to microsoft.com/redeem.
  2. Enter your Microsoft account credentials when prompted, unless already signed in.
  3. Enter your 25-character code.
  4. Click Next.
  5. Click Confirm to add the product to your account.
How do I redeem my digital code on the Xbox console?
  1. Open the Home menu on your Xbox One console.
  2. Press RB four times to arrive at the Store tab.
  3. Select the Use a code tile.
  4. Enter your 25-character code using the on-screen keyboard.
  5. Press the Menu button.
  6. Select Confirm to add the product to your account.
“This code has already been redeemed" message received after redeeming XBOX digital code?
If you received this message, verify that your content has not already started downloading or is not already downloaded.
